Mango, Blueberry and Elderflower Smoothie Bowl

If you’ve spent the last week or so celebrating the end of university exams like I have, then you’ll know that feeling hungover in the summer sun is not fun. All that partying is starting to take its toll and you’re probably feeling more than a little grim right now.

However, I have a solution for you. I promise that this cool, super fruity smoothie bowl will ease your pain and help you feel much better. (It certainly worked for me.)


What you’ll need: 

2 handful of frozen mango chunks
1 handful of frozen blueberries
4 tablespoons of Greek yoghurt
Honey (add to taste or just to top)
A splash of milk
A splash of elderflower cordial
Some cocoa nibs plus more chunks of mango and blueberries to top

What to do:

1. Remove fruit from the freezer and allow them to thaw for 15 minutes.
2. Then bung all your ingredients in a smoothie blender (setting aside some to decorate.)
3. Blend until smooth.
4. Pour into a bowl, decorate, and enjoy.
