So much fruit went into this smoothie bowl it was ridiculous.
Not going to lie, I did not expect the smoothie to be such a deep, rich purple.
What you’ll need:
2 Handfuls of Frozen Blueberries
Handful of Spinach
3 Tablespoons of raspberry yoghurt
Splash of milk
What to do:
1. Peel and chop up your mango and kiwi, set some aside for the topping
2. Add all the ingredients to your blender and blitz
3. Poor into a bowl and decorate with granola and left over fruit
